Centerfold
I hereby conduct this perilous chapter
I decree today, waned is the whimsical laughter
And the rattling spins of the seasons and your feet on the street
Untitled document and sentimental melancholic sinking meet
They’re two different lives before and after your farewells
I am silenced by her morose reeling expression, she’s bereft
And the fact that she still sends texts to unavailable numbers, every morning
Repeats the same broken records to everyone and laments, every mourning
The onlookers awkward to aforementioned absurdism
What is this living but malfunctioning escapism
Dwindle and wither i do even when proud
Because when I stand on the podium, I wonder what your face would look like if it were you in the crowd
